Elixinol, a global CBD brand, recently announced the launch of Good Night CBD Capsules, which contain a full-spectrum hemp extract paired with a low dose of melatonin to create a strong combination formulated to support sleep cycles.
 
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), one third of U.S. adults report that they usually get less than the recommended amount of sleep. Lack of sleep is associated with a risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression.
